All prospective purchasers and tenants who will be moving into a deed-restricted community will be required to complete an application and background screening for that Association. There is a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 per applicant. If married using different last names, a copy of your marriage certificate is required. Please be advised this includes a criminal background check. All applicants/occupants over 18 years of age will be required to complete this process and will be required to provide a copy of their Driver License or State Issued Identification with the completed application. A copy of the lease or purchase agreement must be attached with the completed application. The application fee may be paid online. The Association has a thirty-day processing window in which to process and interview applicants. Please arrange for your closing with the thirty-day window in mind. Once your completed application is received, it will be processed in the order in which it was received. Once your application and background screening have been completed, Franmar Management Services, Inc. will forward all necessary paperwork to the Association Board, via their property manager. The Association will then contact the applicant for the interview. Please be sure to include a cell phone number so that the applicant(s) may be contacted in a timely manner.
